The Elevator
In partnership with Bedrock Detroit and Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the MIBA launched The Elevator, the first landing zone in the US exclusively for Israeli startups. With a dedicated focus on forging connections between Israeli startups and companies and Michigan enterprises, The Elevator aims to accelerate business expansions in Michigan.
Import and Export Services
We assist Israeli companies in importing their products and services to Michigan by facilitating quality and relevant connections. We are the State of Michigan's appointed lead export partner to Israel, helping Michigan companies identify and connect with potential customers and partners in Israel.
B2B and B2G Matchmaking
Our suite of services is designed to educate, inform and empower organizations from Michigan and Israel with the ultimate goal of creating long-lasting collaborations that create economic value. Matchmaking - both business-to-business and business-to-government - is the critical component of our services
Consulting Services
MIBA provides effective consulting services in two areas:

- Education - Increasing Michigan stakeholder’s knowledge of Israeli innovation and opportunities to accelerate Michigan’s growth and increasing awareness of Michigan’s programs, incentives and services that are available to Israeli businesses.
- Innovation Sourcing Solution Strategy - assessing the product and process needs of Michigan businesses and providing solutions leveraging our understanding of Israeli innovation.
Experience Innovation
A virtual showcase created by the MIBA where up to 5 Israeli companies pitch innovative technologies to Michigan companies. This is a new concept that we originated in 2021. MIBA’s membership program provides an opportunity to participate in our vision of positioning Michigan to be the premier partner for Israeli innovation in the U.S. Members gain access to our expertise and experience as well as networking events we host throughout the state. Taste of Two Nations Fundraiser
The MIBA hosts its flagship fundraiser, Taste of Two Nations, once every year. This event serves as an opportunity to recognize MIBA's partners in innovation across the state of Michigan with an awards ceremony, while attendees enjoy a night of wine tasting, a strolling dinner, and silent auction with friends and colleagues. This years Taste of Two Nations will be on October 6th at the Townsend Hotel.
