Drive TLV Roadshow Showcases Mobility Innovation in Detroit

Written by Casey Iaccino, MIBA Director of Innovation and Economic Expansion

Detroit, the global hub of mobility innovation, recently played host to Drive TLV’s latest cohort of cutting-edge startups as part of their US roadshow. The Michigan Israel Business Accelerator (MIBA) was proud to partner with Drive TLV to bring these Israeli innovators to Michigan, continuing our strong collaboration in advancing mobility technologies.

The day kicked off with a high-energy pitch event, where top mobility leaders from Ford Motor Company, Stellantis, Lear Corporation, General Motors, and Magna International gathered to hear from Drive TLV’s latest cohort. This session allowed these startups to showcase their breakthrough technologies and explore integration opportunities within some of the most influential companies in the global automotive industry.

Following the pitches, one-on-one meetings were held between the startups and key decision-makers from each company, diving deeper into potential collaborations and pathways for implementation. These discussions exemplified Detroit’s role as a true testbed for mobility innovation, where corporations, startups, and investors come together to shape the future of transportation.
