What is the Michigan Israel Business Accelerator (MIBA)?
The Michigan Israel Business Accelerator (MIBA) is a 501c(3) and 501c(6) nonprofit economic development organization dedicated to facilitating bilateral economic partnerships that accelerate Michigan’s economic growth, one Israeli innovation at a time. Founded in 2017, the MIBA was established to promote commerce and industry between the State of Israel and the State of Michigan. The MIBA serves as the principal partner regarding all points of economic and business connections between Israel and Michigan with the goals of generating economic opportunities, expanding potential job creation and providing support for Michigan’s businesses and Israel’s startups. The MIBA is funded by the state of Michigan, philanthropic partners, and corporate sponsors committed to accelerating Michigan’s innovative ecosystem through Israeli business connections.
